Cinnamon Oat Scones
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 150 grams Oat Flour I grind oats into a flour in the Nutribullet.
- 75 grams Gluten-free Plain Flour
- 1/2 tsp Nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp Biocarbonate soda
Wet Ingredients
- 100 ml Plant-based milk
- 100 ml Coconut oil (melted)
- 100 ml Liquid sweetener of choice Maple syrup or honey works well
Instructions
- Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then mix together everything.
- Divide into 6 muffin tin.
- Bake for 25 minutes on 180C(with fan).
- Let cool in pan for 10-15 minutes.
